Straw for cows Oakfield Farm FS19

So I have seen a couple threads on this already, but none of them had satisfactory answers.

Has anyone had any luck providing straw to their cows on Oakfield Farms? I'm unable to find a way to consistently provide straw. Is this a known bug that is being fixed by any chance?
