MOD LIMIT ON CONSOL

Mod limit.

I have enough internet to download mods, I have enough xbox storage
Just not enough disc space. I got it on disc because I didn't have enough internet to download it off Microsoft play store. Is there a way to transfer the mods off the disc to the console.
Any advice is welcome
Will try theories
