Just wait until the DLC arrives.
There are already some nice CLAAS mods out there. They might be brought to consoles, once CLAAS is officially in the game.
Right now it is just a issue with licensing.

You can try to contact the creators of current CLAAS mods and check with them, if they are planning to bring their mods to console. One famous modder for CLAAS mods is Smety (CMT):

The link is working fine on my end. And no, I can't/will contact him as I'm not on Facebook and have no interest in Claas/MF machines.

Modders very rarely take requests, they probably won't reply because they have other plans.

As said above, you'll pretty much have to wait to see if any modders make Claas machines for console.
