Giants Editor fault

Hi! my name is lillebrorG. I have problems with my program Giants Editor. I can't get it working. have reinstalled it up to 7 times with no help. now I have reinstalled windows and it still not working. what to do?

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GIANTS Editor 64bit 8.1.0 there is a log file its created every time you run GE post what it say's.

try clearing your shader cache
