M39 Series 5 Ton Truck for XBOne

I'd love for someone to make a mod for the M39 series 5-ton truck on XBOne. I've seen several different variations in rural areas of the U.S. like tankers, cargo, tippers, semi, etc. It's an extremely versatile truck series perfect for farming. I've also seen old GM CCKWs on farms as well.

There's an Oshkosh semi for FS17 so I don't think that's a problem.

Not all licences get renewed between iterations of the game. There are several brands which were allowed on console in 17 that are no longer allowed in 19.

Exactly this. Licencing between games is different. Oshkosh may have been in FS17, but that doesn't mean they're implemented in FS19.
