Requirements to submit a mod for testing

Hey, i want to get a mod on Modhub, and i was wondering if there was a set amount of requirements, i had done a cursory search and if there was one if somebody point it out that would be great.

Make an account on the modhub and when you log in you will find some guidelines under the help tab.
