Is it possible to change texture maps throught the XML

I've run into a issue with the edit I'm working on for myself. I'm added all the models in the series and working on get all the models number on the side of the machine. I export a decal from Giants Editor to Blender but when I imported back the Giants the Geo doesn't show. I was wondering is it possible to change a texture map through the xml file, instead of have several decals just use one and swap the Texture map in the Xml file.
