Copyright Violations

Someone keeps uploading the mods off ModHub to other websites. This is getting kind of annoying. 1. Copyright violations and 2. Does nobody ever ask for permission these days?

I'm pretty certain it's the same person but if I have to send out cease and desist orders every time I upload a mod this is ********. Can Giants not do something more assertive to limit this? Maybe send their legal team after these sites that are continually publishing intellectual property without permission?
