Visible Property Borders?

Is there either a mod out or an easy .xml edit I can do that allows for a visualization of where my property ends? Its very frustrating trying to mow my grass up to my property line only for a large swath to end up on the neighbors & be unable to clean it up. I'm then driving over those piles and having to look at them until I can afford to buy the plot if only to clean my mess up. I've done some prelim searches and not come up with anything but that doesn't mean they don't exist.
