Requesting a modder for a custom mod

I have someone who needs a custom mod built for the tractor he invented. I know the owner who invented the Transador Tractor. He would like help making an updated mod, and also to show off features the old 2015 mod doesn't have. More details as well will be added, but we are trying to find someone who can help.
