Hybrid PTO

Hey, I wanted to make a hybrid PTO to my baller based on original PTO's. But there's a problem. I tried to export half of each pto, but it's to hard for me to understand how GE works. I can't uderstand why this cover is flexible on GE level.

Every time I try to export half of this pto, it appears without this flexible cover. Guys please help, because after 6 hours of searching I'm done with this.
