Seasons Geo: Devon

Started a game on Sandy Bay map, so used the Devon Geo. Discovered that this Geo makes all crop types immune to frost and drought.
I presume this is a bug, anybody else used this Geo and had this problem?

Sandy Bay has its on GEO in the map, so you don't need another one
