Updating Mods via UI on Mac

I am banging my head against the wall with this one and cant find an answer anywhere. Please can someone aid me with this? When I open Mods in the FS19 home screen I see all my downloaded mods and available etc. I also see all the Mods that need updating but when I select to update I get stuck in pending. It's really confusing me.

I'm running FS19 downloaded from App store On a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019),2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 and now running Monterey.

I know, what you're talking about...
Usually I wait a while (15-30 seconds) and then download will start. Sometimes I shut down WLAN for a moment and after re-enabling it, the downloads starts. But: I'm still on Big Sur...
