Extracting mod from ingame vehicle.

I'm trying to extract a mod from the ingame vehicles but I'm having no luck. I thought I had all the pieces but it won't show up ingame anyone now a good tutorial or something?

Use the options in GE to create a new mod and select the vehicle that interests you from the list.
