Black sky and veicles doesn't appear

Hi,

When i load into the game the sky is black and veicles doesn't appear.
I use only the original game and 2 veicles of the "preorder dlc".
I bought the game on steam and i have allready reinstalled it.
I have attached my log aswell.

To make it simple..
Your pc (laptop?) isn't powerfull enough to run the game.

The game is trying to run graphics using your cpu (which is about 5 years old ) instead of a dedicated graphics card.

If this is a laptop and it has a dedicated graphics card, you'll need to force the game to use it instead of the cpu.
In any case, i'm pretty sure you'll get better results with a new pc

Yes, I have a old laptop, but last week i play with it and 70 mods and I hadn't this problem...

In that case you could try to delete the shader_cache folder:
