Can someone tell me the major issues in my log causing my game too crash

Basically any of the 'Error' and possibly 'Warning' that are printed.
I suggest you go ahead and delete those mods from your MODS folder - to reduce the "problem area".
Just open up the LOG.TXT in Notepad, and then use Windows' FileExplorer to find and delete/remove the mods that the LOG.TXT tells have errors/warnings.
Another problem I notice is that you have downloaded alot(!!) of mods, but your computer seems to be only just at 'minimum system requirements'.
So again; reduce the number of mods you use simultaneously in a game-session.

get rid of all these mods listed they all Mods Full of errors that's just a start there is a few texture warning mods I did not list

Even if one has a lot of mods in the mod folder, but only activates a few of them in the "savegame menu" there should not be a problem, having lots of them in the folder!?
Did you check for updated versions of the mods?
(The creators usually sort the problems out ones people start pointing at them!)
When i start a new savegame ... I deselect all the mods ... and only activates the ones I intend to use.
As the maps also gets "messed up" with all the mods, in the list, it is easy to forget to tick the ones not used - off, if all mods are selected.
I just skimmed through your log.xt ...
It looks like you have double "versions" of some of the mods ... (like below).
