Saitek Sidepanel button 21 issue

Hi
just wanted to check with others that have the Sidepanel. My button 21 does not have a distinctive "click" as the other buttons.
Is that supposed to be so because it's a wide large button? Or should I have the panel replaced?

I do not have mine any more ... but as I recall it, it should not be very different from the others.
At least nothing I ever noticed!

Does it feel "mushy" ... or how would you describe the difference?

Yeah, "mushy" would be correct I guess.
