Multiplayer list not showing up at all

I used to be able to connect to International server list then after a few days that list stopped loading, then i had to use Germany 1 till a few days passed and I couldn't connect to that list, then i used Germany 2 and after 2 days I can no longer see that list so now i am forced to connect to the Continental Europe server list to play on a server with my kids. I am from Canada. I have set the 4 ports on my firewall (10830, 10836, 10837, 10823) and still nothing I have done this on my firewall and my router, is there anyone who can help me I am afraid that after a couple days I won't be able to see that list either and then I am forced to not be able to play with any of my kids.

Also this is on the pc and we have 0 mods installed

Is your game updated?
Current version is 1.4.4.0 (main menu screen top left corner)

yes it is up to date we are both able to join each other on the Continental Europe and play but i can't get to see the lists on the International, Germany 1 or Germany 2 anymore this is the screen I get https://gyazo.com/8916344bf8bea30e4bf070ec1c53ea87.

So what I feared has happened I can no longer connect to any of the multiplayer lists I get the error "No Connection could be established to the server" Please if anyone can help us to be able to play together again It would be greatly appreciated.
