Not planting to end of the field

I just got 17 and the planters (sowers) using hired workers don't always plant to the end of the field. I have several maps and its the same on all. I tried using different tractors, planters (sowers) on the same field with the same results. is there a header function I can turn off or some other fix

Just plant the headland with one pass at each end.
