Game crashes with auto save and manual save

My friends game keeps crashing every time the game auto saves or when he manually saves in multiplayer. Every single time. This is maddening!!!

In order to be able to help here, please provide more info about your friends setup. Id he/she playing on Windows or Mac OS X? Or on Xbox One? PS4?

If playing on Windows or Mac OS X then please post the log.txt of the game from the time it crashed (see the link 'log.txt' in my signature).
