i have uninstalled and reinstalled my game multiple times, i have changed the graphics up and down and checked my mods but my wheals are still missing, what can i do to fix this

Check your log or post it here, so we can take a look at it (link to find it in my signature)
At least one of your mods should have some errors.

I think some people fixed this problem by deleting the contents of the shader folder.
