Xbox one controller causing game to crash

Hi all very time I start game on my PC I enter a vehicle with my Xbox one controller Then the engine starts as usual and the game just crashes. Any help? Thanks Matt

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Does it work without the controller pluged in?
Can you please post your log.txt (link with help in my signature)
