50 fps

I use to get a solid 60 fps now it dropped to 50 and wont go above that. It doesn't seem to matter if I have the game running on low graphic or high same either way. I have taken all my mods out of the mod folder except the map and it still runs at 50. I am not sure what to check any help would be great. I also have tried different maps same results.
I have a pc specs: Intel i7-4790k cpu 4.00GHZ
32GB memory
64 bit operating system
Geforce GTX 970
1920x1080,60Hz

I was having a similar issue.

I had to roll back my Nvidia Driver

I have a 1080 and my frames would drop slowly down to 30 from 60 even if I sent my resolution to 720p.

Download Driver 378.92 and see if it fixes it. It did for me.
