Goweil master lt bailed won't work

Hello, I just downloaded the goweil master lt bailer for pc, I unfold the bailer, go out and try to open the side panel, it says turn machine on to work? I watched videos and didn't see this happen to anyone else. Also when I try to fill it with pallets, it doesn't take any. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
