Cant hire a worker

I cant seam to hire a worker while cultivating,plowing or cutting grass. I can still hire a worker for harvesting and seeding.
I do have a short list of mods that I got from the in-game modhub.
One day it was working the next day it wasn't I opened up a backup save and it was working again and now it is not.
Also both times when it occurred it was at over 270 hours in game time.

Is this a knowen bug or can someone help guide me to tracking down or fixing a problem.

had a similar problem a while back, but i couldnt hire a helper at all. found out there was a mod (creator tools i think it was) that set my hired helper to 0

So could I edit a saved file to make the hired worker a higher number. But then again my problem is only for cultivating and cutting grass doesn't matter what I start first.

Oh and its only on game saves with 270 hours or more

Is the grass you are trying to hire a worker on a filed you planted grass in or is it a grass field you bought for the purpose of cutting ? The only time I can't get a hired worker to do grass is if its a pasture rather than a field that planted myself. It is like it doesn't recognise the shape of the field until you dig it up and re sow it

I bought it and planted grass on it, harvested it a few times
