Changing licence code

Hi all,

How would I go about changing the licence code used?

I was given a code to use by someone (was a legit second code that they purchased) so I could start up a server on my dedi box. They no longer play with us and the server came up saying that it not registered so I'm guessing they have revoked the code somehow.

Anyhow, I have now purchased my own code so I know it can't be revoked again etc. I am just wondering how I update the code used. I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it but can not get it to ask me for the new code.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Go to my documents the farming simulator folder.
There delete the AHC_63805.dat file. (could also be an AHD depening on what kind of license it is.)
