New pc

I hope I'm posting in the right topic..ok,will someone please tell me if this set up will run fs17 on med to high settings.

Dell 990 gtx
Quad core i5 3.1ghz
gtx 1050 to 4gb
500 GB HDD
8 GB ram
Windows 7.
