Cows Need Straw, But full?

My game says my cows need straw but its full, cant add any with the straw Machine

I did some testing, I am using the loanstar map, and seasons mod. I started a new game on a different saved file, with and without seasons and it works fine, does anyone have any idea what i can do for my original game? I don't want to restart if i dont have too.
