FS17 Doesn't launch when Joystick plugged in..

Hi i just got a new Joystick Speedlink Phantom Hawk i seen my friend use it in the game so i got one too but for some reason my game doesn't launch when i have it plugged in and when i unplug it and try to launch the game it's fine... my T150 wheel works fine with farming simulator it's just the Joystick that is causing dis problem i have tried restarting PC / unplugging my wheel even with nothing plugged in just the Joystick it still doesn't launch.. anyone can help me?

Update I fixed it i uninstalled the CD driver and downloaded a newer driver from the Speedlink website!
