trying to order platinum and got fs17 instead again.

I already have two fs17 running on my laptop and pc. I have another fs17 running on my xbox 1. I wanted to order platinum for the pcs and I ended up with another fs 17. I totally do not need this one but I want the platinum for the xbox and the laptop. is there anyway to exchange the fs 17 I got tonight by mistake? chas

just get a refund for the FS17 you don't need. Seriously the Platinum pack is not worth the money.

how long does it take for giants to get back to me to cancel the fs17 order so I can order the platinum update? I did get a two messages from them that they got my messages but then nothing. I didn't get the platinum for the xbox on that order. now I have two fs 17s for my xbox and three fs17s for my two computers... so sad. and no platinum yet. chas

Most of the Giants team was away with agritechnica and they don't work weekends so hopefully early next week you should get a reply

thanks for the enlightening information. I would have been at agritechnica if I had a chance to do that. maybe next year. I am going to Rwanda next week so might not be able to respond to emails for a bit until after the second of dec. chas
