Can't harvest sugarcane during rain

Tried harvesting sugarcane while it was raining and it wouldn't allow me to harvest. In real life this is very inaccurate as sugarcane farmers don't stop harvesting during rain no matter how much it is raining or how muddy the fields are. If ya'll do an update for the platinum edition please fix this. I included a link to a YouTube video showing farmers cutting cane after a flood in my home state louisiana.
