Keyboard function control sheet

Is there a way to print the keyboard key functions to a sheet of paper? The pc/Mac version I downloaded from steam has the controls in an options screen but I can't go back and forth from the options screen to in game. any help would be appreciated.

Check the file folders for a manual. There should be a basics there. That will be printable. Failing that why don't you open the options and write them down with a pen. Saves money on ink for the printer aswell. Just a thought
