Changing name on character for MP (when hosting a game) !?

When joining a MP game I can change the name and appearance of the character.
But when creating/hosting a MP game I can not?

Not all the users on my PC wants to look like a male and be called w1der ...

Am I missing something?

I think it will use the character that you started the save with by default.

Of course ... I did not think of that.
I should be able to change this in the careerSavegame.xml
