changing seed in planters before empty

I can't see how in 2017 you can change the seed if you have any other crop seed in the planters. In both 2013 and 15 they gave you the choice to change crop seed when you still had some other crop in the planter. Please advise.

For me on PC it's left shoulder button + Y button. Not sure what platform you're on.

On PS4 I believe it's L1+Triangle

Make sure you have the seeder selected.

I’m pretty sure if seeder/planter is activated/turned on the change seed option does not work.
