Well I've had a look in your log, and the only error I've found (stress the I've) is this: Error: invalid brand name 'Simson'! Only capital letters allowed! I don't know enough to know the importance of this though I'm afraid. Nothing obvious in the server log.

I would be tempted to say it's a mod conflict judging by the amount you have. But probably advisable to get a second opinion as well. In the meantime can't hurt to go through the process of clearing them out one by one and seeing if it continues.

I've heard of stuttering upon entering vehicles before on steam. Can't remember the mod the caused it. I'll have a look for you. Edit: found a thread saying the amount of variables you have in the game can cause stuttering. Dunno why I didn't think of that in the first place but could also be that you have too much on the server. Though the CPU kind of contradicts that.

I would say that the settings you're running the game at is what is causing that. My PC is very similar to yours, and running it at very high will cause it to lag. Try running the game at high settings and see if that fixes things

I also discovered that incorrect or incompatible(with GPU) graphic options can cause lags... V-Sync and others...
Do some test by checking/unchecking in the Advanced Graphic settings...
Not all GPUs support all the games graphic functions...

I had some issues with "shuttering" (what ever that means) ...

Changing the update freq on my screen to 59Hz solved what ever was causing it on my system.
144Hz, 120Hz 60Hz all had different kind of issues, but when running on 59Hz everything is super smooth! ... :confusednew:
