Get near to 150FPS with the mod folder taken out of the game, yet VERY HIGH then VERY LOW FPS with mod folder in the game.
Not too sure what the conflict is here.
Any help appreciated.

300 mods loaded might have something to do with it. Delete any with errors to begin with.
