Menu rolling up and down

Hello,

I have a problem with FS17, after I activate Steering wheel/Gamepad option in the menu setting, my menu starts rolling up and down (like I was holding down button whole time), even when I don't have any controllers/steering wheels connected to PC. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, didn't help. I am in version 1.5.3. Has someone any idea how to fix it? Thank you.

EDIT: When I switch gamepad/wheels function of in menu, the problem is solved, but I would like to play with my steering wheel, so I would appreciate your help.

I remember having this problem also ... but it was a long time ago (possibly even with FS15).

Menu controls/navigation has their own lines in the controls menu ... look for them and see how they are setup.
Maybe you find a solution to the issue there.
