Still waiting for Big Bud DLC code

Hello my friend recently pruchased the Big Bud dlc code several days ago and is still waiting for the code to come through his email address he has the confirmation screenshot and everything yet no code? Didnt know whats going on.

Try contacting giants support, support@giants-software.com though they won't be back for a week or so
