LOGITECH G29 ON PC (Personal Computer) ONLY

Hi!

I own the mentioned steering wheel but without gearboxes. I'm asking you to help with the settings.

Let's say for starters, is there an option that I choose a reverse, forward? I have to squeeze the accelerator pedal forward. And if I want to go reverse, I need to squeeze the brake pedal. I think it's a little stupid.

You might want to look for a mod called "Drive Control" (aka "DC").

It has a few different modules, that you can switch on or off according to your liking.
Some of them are even "adjustable" ...
I suggest you look for a You Tube tutorial that explains all the different modules and how to enable / disable them.

One of the modules is called "shuttle" (if I remember correctly) ... this one gives you a forward / backward "gear".

This mod is not for the steering wheel Logitech G29, and even a video clip does not explain about this problem.

I am sorry if I do not understand what you are asking for.

You do not like to have "reverse" assigned to your break pedal ... You want to have the possibility to have forward / reverse gear instead ... Correct?

Just to be clear ... even if this guy says "W" to go forward, it works for any controller you have mapped for "forward" in your controls menu.
