Mod folder on Mac
Mod folder on Mac
I have searched and searched online and watched videos. I have copied and pasted the path to direct me to the library/ application support / mod folder but when I get to the application support folder the FS17 is not listed there. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Re: Mod folder on Mac
That link worked and I got the folder I was looking for and I dragged the file over there. I must be crazy or stupid one but how do I get them to show up in the game now? I tried 3 different mods and they are showing in the folder but I can’t figure out now what to do
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Mod folder on Mac
One thing that comes to mind (I also own a Mac).
I recall that there is a setting that automatically unzip zip files.
(You would want them to remain zipped.)

Went in there and did that. Now once it’s downloaded it shows a zip file image rather than a folder. Tried moving that to the mod folder and still the same result

Re: Mod folder on Mac
Have you tried installing a mod through the in game mod hub (or is that not available for mac)?

Re: Mod folder on Mac
Yes the in game hub works fine. Haven’t had any issues with that.

Re: Mod folder on Mac
Do you see the ingame mods in the same folder as you are putting the ones that is not working?

Re: Mod folder on Mac
The mod folder is nothing that you create on your own ...
It is there by default and the mods that you installed from the hub should be found within it.
