Graphics settings.

I'm working with a AMD RX580 and looking for some good graphic settings.
Must say I'm not overly happy with the settings, but thinking it could be the fact I'm using a tv instead of a monitor.
What's everyone else got their settings on?

My game is running on very high no problems at a steady 60FPS (specs in signature)

Maybe it's the tv then? What resolution are you using?

I'm thinking it's a problem with the TV I'm using then.

What is the problem with the grafix? is it ripping or stuttering or what?

Is vsync turned on? I had to turn that in to get that to go away when I upgraded cards. If it's already on, try turning it off
