unable to download fs17

I am trying to enter my product key after installing fs17 on my laptop. I am getting a message saying Failed. No access to profile. I was told to install the latest patch and this still happens. What should I do?

Send an email to support@giants-software.com highlighting your issue. Include as much information action as you can, where you downloaded the game file, where you bought your key etc. The more info you give them they quicker they will be able to help.
