Issues when installing

So i have bought Official Expansion 2 ( box )fresh from store and i put the disc right in the CD ROM and i choose Install and then starts the process called 'Copying materials, please wait' and it's going for ages. Computer did not lagg or something. This pop up is always on my screen and won't move. I remember it was such a same thing when adding Platinum Edition but it end maybe 30 minutes after it starts. Please help i'm so frustrated.
