what is the difference when the grandkids play fs17 on a ps4???

my granddaughter got the pickup stuck upside done on the road in goldcrest. I tryed to help her but when I went to the screen when I could reset the vehicle, I couldn't find the reset button below the vehicle. and I think I can't buy stuff at the shop either. how do I set the kids up to get these functions? chas

Make sure you're not playing the tutorial, Say no to tutorial when you start new game, I know I couldn't sell anything one time and I figured out I was play the tutorial.
