DELL D630 Needs Help

I bought a Dell D630 that I thought met all the requirements, downloaded steam and the game and it says could not init 3d system shader 3.0 is required???? What do I do now??

Hey, that's an over 10 years old laptop, as far as I see. Back then, the CPU was already only mid-range and the GPU was already low-end and not gaming suitable at all, so by now it's considered very low end.
So no, sorry, that won't run FS at all.

I guess, give it back and buy a better notebook, if it is the Dell Latitude D630, then its hardware is by far not powerfull enough to play this or most other games.

These are the minimum system requirements:
in some cases the D630 does not even have half of that.
