Something blocking placeables

I have a great spot to put a placeable. But something is blocking it. Even if I just try to place something thin like a lamp post there are spots that are blocked, others not. It is as if something is already there but I see nothing ... no buildings, no triggers, nothing. I used F5 to bring up the triggers - nothing there. I went into Giants Editor - nothing there. Any idea how I can find what is blocking me?

Sometimes there are Collisions or other Stuff felt down the Map.
What you can do in the Editor is Mark the Overall TG of your Map like the "goldcrestvalley" from the Sample Mod Map.

Switch the View to Wireframe. You will see then What is blocking there. Had that on the Sample Mod Map too, while i had removed the House and stuff.

Also check for transformgroups marking a load place or resetplace or something like that, like in the front of the shop or on some modmaps on the main farm

Ofcourse, they will also blocking it.
