Can I change my Player height, how?

As I start my game I'm just at the building height, not ground height. Is this adjustable somewhere? Can someone tell me how to adjust this?

Are you using the game extension mod?
I assume people don't use Seasons, unless they say otherwise.

If you are ... it looks like it is Left Shift + 3 to reset it to default height !?
