Game wont start Texture loading fail/error

i cant get my game to start. im stuck at the first loading screen, ive tried the following
1. Re start the computer
2. Reinstall the game
3. delete the Game.XML file
4. updated all drivers
the game is on steam
still i have the problem please help

I too have this issue, Except my game loads buts none of my vehicles have textures and the sky is black. I have added my log for you to see and possibly help me.
