3 options:
1. there is a shader_cache folder in the same folder you found the log, delete everything inside that folder.
2. if you use win 10 and had an update recently try to uninstall this update and go back to a previous build
3. if 1 and 2 didn't work post your full log here please

I can say that after I updated the driver to 18.5.1, it caused a stutter/freeze every 3 seconds. I ended up going to revert back to a previous windows update but first it suggested looking for a windows update. There was an update available, version 1803, but no correction in the issue after updating. I ended up reverting back to a previous Windows 10 update (1709) and it's at least working now.
