Computer to run Farming Simulator 2017!

Hey guys, before I start you should know that I have basically no knowledge about computers but seeing gameplay about fs 2017 it really made me want to get back involved with the game, I know this questions has probably been asked thousands of times but is there a computer that runs farming simulator smoothly with mods/maps? I know the requirements of the game but don't understand this "fps". What's my best option? to go to one of them websites that make pcs or can you guys give me some examples of pcs from eBay or whatever sources? thanks again
